Our Junk mail filter is used by many of you to great effect. However we have noticed that some customers redirect the mail to a mailbox and then never download that email. The problem with this is that as soon as the junk mail box is full your junk mail filter will stop working.
We have today added a new feature so that you can choose to automatically delete mail that is classified as spam rather than storing it in a mailbox. To choose this option login to the eXtend Control Panel, go to "Email Configuration" and then click "Junk Mail Filters".
